Supply and Delivery of C&I Spares for Eskom.

Description

This is a PAYE Questionnaire for Service Contracts applicable to Eskom Group of Companies from March 1, 2022, to February 28, 2023. It helps classify contractors to determine tax consequences. This applies to contractors supplying services or individual contractors providing labour to Eskom.

Requirements

• Companies with 3+ employees: Sign Appendix 1 and Appendix 8.
• If no Connected Person renders services: Sign Appendix 2 and Appendix 8.
• If duties are not mainly at Eskom premises: Sign Appendix 3.
• If not more than 80% of income from one client: Sign Appendix 4.
• If an Individual provides a service: Sign Appendix 5.
• Labour Broker: Provide valid IRP30 certificate and sign Appendix 6.
• If a non-resident of South Africa: Sign Appendix 9.
• Dependent Contractor/Personal Service Provider: Sign Appendix 7.
