Description
The Department of Land Reform and Rural Development needs a service provider for general cleaning at the ABSA Building, 2 Riebeeck Street, Foreshore Cape Town. This is for the Provincial Shared Resource Centre Western Cape (PSSC) for six months. A compulsory site inspection is on 29 May 2026. The closing date is 04 June 2026 at 11:00 AM.
Requirements
- Valid COIDA certificate or proof of registration/good standing required.
- Must have minimum R1 million Public Liability insurance.
- Company must be registered for Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF).
- Registration with NCCA/BEECA or relevant cleaning body required.
- Valid Tax Clearance certificate or Compliance Tax Status Pin required.
- Must be registered on National Treasury CSD with proof.
