Description
The Electoral Commission is seeking bids for local office accommodation in the Mangaung [Bloemfontein] municipal area. The office space should be approximately 281m² to 323m² and include at least eight lockable offices, two open-plan offices, a boardroom, ablution facilities, a kitchen, storage, and an equipment room. The office must be ready for occupation within three months of the bid award, and the lease will be for nine years and eleven months.

- Valid B-BBEE certificate, CIPC certificate, or affidavit required before bidding.
- Comply with Employment Equity Act (EEA) or provide declaration of compliance.
