Description
The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is seeking a service provider for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of security systems at its Nelspruit Customer Service Centre. The work involves maintaining access control systems, CCTV, alarm systems, and metal detectors. Key deliverables include twice-monthly maintenance visits, monthly reporting, and quarterly staff training. The contract duration is six months. The service provider must provide one technician and adhere to specific response times for repairs, ranging from two to six hours depending on priority. The project is located at 36 Van Rensburg, Sonheuwel, Nelspruit.
Requirements
- Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Valid PSIRA registration and letter of good standing for company and directors
- Valid COIDA letter of good standing (under 12 months old)
- Industry certification for electronic security and IT installation
- Documented experience maintaining security systems for at least two companies
