Description
The Msunduzi Municipality needs experienced contractors to repair and maintain rental properties at 21 Nyala, 203 Steenbok, and 1 Nelina Flats. The work includes carpentry, plumbing, tiling, glazing, and painting. The project must be completed within four weeks of receiving the purchase order. Requirements
- CIDB registration of 1GB or higher.
- Submit three completion certificates for building repairs and maintenance projects.
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate and Tax Compliance Status Verification Pin required.
- Registration with the Electrical Contractors Board (ECB) for electrical works.
- Registration with IOPSA or relevant authority for plumbing works.
- Registration on National Treasury’s Central Supplier Database (CSD).
