Description
This tender is for condition monitoring services for the balance of plant at Arnot Power Station. The services will be provided using handheld equipment for 60 months. The goal is to maintain machines in good working order and prevent failures through regular monitoring and corrective actions.
Requirements
- National Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Vibration Analysis Certificate Level III.
- 10 years supervisory experience.
- Oil Analysis Level I or MLA/FLA Level I.
- Thermography Certificate Level II.
- Root Cause Analysis Training/Certificate.
- National Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 3 years experience.
- Vibration Analysis Certificate Level II.
- Thermography Certificate Level I.
- Grade 12 with 2 years power station experience.
- Vibration Analysis Certificate Level I.
- Shaft Laser Alignment Level II.
- Proven experience in Condition monitoring services (minimum 5 years) with Reference letters.
- Health, Safety and Environmental Management System HSE policy and plan.
