Lease of Office Space and Parking in eThekwini.

Description

eThekwini Municipality needs office space for Municipal Planning. The lease must be for premises within a 6km radius north of Kingsmead Cricket Stadium. The space should be approximately 1100 square meters with at least 25 parking bays for three years. The office space should be available from 1 July 2026.

Requirements

• Registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate or SARS PIN required.
• Directors/shareholders not on Register of Tender Defaulters.
• Minimum Gross Lettable Area of 1100m² required.
• Minimum of 25 parking bays required.
• Adequate disability access (NBR compliance).
• Lifts Certificate required (if applicable).
• Occupation Certificate from Local Authority required.
• Electrical COC required.
• Fire Clearance Certificate from Local Authority required.
• A/B Grade Office Accommodation (SAPOA) with A/C and generator.
• Proof of property ownership or ability to lease required.
