Description

The Housing Development Agency (HDA) needs a service provider to find suitable office property with parking in Rustenburg, North-West Province. The office space should be between 450 and 650 sqm with at least 15 parking spaces. The closing date is 17 June 2026.

• CSD registration required before bidding.
• Letter of Good Standing (COIDA) required.
• Property ownership proof (Title Deed or Bank Documents) required.
• Property zoning certificate from Rustenburg Local Municipality required.
• Site development plans/Surveyor General diagram and building plans required.
• Certificate of Occupancy and Electrical Certificate of Compliance required.
