Description

The C-BRTA is looking for a service provider to acquire office space for its new head office in Pretoria, specifically within or between Menlyn and Centurion. The building should be A-grade, approximately 7,000 – 9,000 sqm, energy-efficient, and easily accessible by public transport. The closing date is 03 July 2026.

Requirements

  • Legal title to property (Title Deed, Bank Documents, Deeds office search print out) required.
  • Agent/Representative requires legal mandate and certified ID copy.
  • Property valuation report (within 6 months) by SAIV or SACPVP registered appraiser required.
  • Approved building drawings, including original design and municipal approvals, required.
  • Up-to-date municipal account (not over three months in arrears) required.
  • Approved municipal site plan required.
  • Letter confirming building grade issued by a professional body required.
  • Building condition report by ECSA registered Structural Engineer required.
  • Structural Due Diligence Assessment by ECSA registered Structural Engineer required.
  • Occupancy Certificate copy required.
  • Zoning Certificate copy issued by local municipality required.
  • Valid Energy Performance Certificate required.
  • Valid Central Supplier Database (CSD) report required.
