Description
The South African Bureau of Standards (SABS) needs a service provider for JD Edwards (JDE) functional support for 6 months. This includes support, maintenance, integration services, and application upgrade support. The provider will offer 80 hours of monthly functional support as needed. The closing date is 01 June 2026.
Requirements
- CSD registration required before bidding.
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or Sworn Affidavit required before bidding.
- Reseller/partner accreditation documentation required.
- Team CVs: qualified, experienced, JDE functional support, accredited.
- Evidence of track record meeting similar SLAs.
- Three reference letters from clients for JDE implementation/support.
