Description
This tender is for the appointment of a property owner or mandated property management company to provide leased office space for the W&RSETA Western Cape Regional Office. The office space should be in the Century City Precinct or Tygervalley areas. The lease duration is from March 1, 2027, to September 30, 2030.
Requirements
- Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) certificate/PIN/CSD number required.
- Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
- Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) registration required.
- Electrical Certificate of Compliance (ECOC) not older than 2 years required.
- Plumbing Certificate of Compliance (PCOC) not older than 2 years required.
- SAQA accreditation required for foreign qualifications.
