Service Provider for Fire Department Repairs

Description

This tender is for the appointment of a service provider to repair fire-damaged sleeping quarters at the Fire Department in Pietermaritzburg. The work includes alterations, carpentry, ironmongery, painting, tiling, glazing, and plumbing. The contract period is four weeks from site handover. The closing date is 09 June 2026.

Requirements

• CIDB registration of 1GB or higher.
• Five completion certificates for public entity general building construction (past five years).
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate and Tax Compliance Status Verification Pin required.
• CSD Supplier Number required.
• Registration with the Electrical Contractors Board (ECB) for electrical works.
• Registration with IOPSA or relevant plumbing authority required for plumbing.
• Registration on National Treasury’s Central Supplier Database (CSD) required.
