Description
Ekurhuleni Housing Company (EHC) needs a service provider to supply, install, commission, and maintain a digital facial recognition and fingerprint access control system for EHC complexes. The contract is for 36 months. A compulsory briefing session will be held on 21 May 2026. The closing date is 03 June 2026.
Requirements
- Minimum functionality score of 80 points required.
- Enterprise must have at least 51% female shareholders.
- Enterprise must have at least 50% youth ownership.
- Enterprise must have at least 50% ownership by people with disabilities.
- Enterprise must be owned by historically disadvantaged individuals.
- Enterprise must be situated within the Ekurhuleni demarcation.
