Description
SENTECH needs a company to supply, set up, integrate, train users on, and support an operational support system (OSS) and IT service management (ITSM) system. This system will manage and support SENTECH's broadband networks and ICT services for five years. The system should follow best practices for OSS/BSS interoperability and align with eTOM, TAM, and ITIL frameworks. It will integrate with SENTECH's existing network elements and management systems.
Requirements
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate/PIN/CSD number required before bidding.
- B-BBEE certificate required before bidding.
- Signed agreements required for consortia, joint ventures, or partnerships.
- Not listed on National Treasury Database of Restricted Suppliers.
- OSS platform must have been implemented for at least three customers.
- Local bidder must have deployed the OSS platform to at least one customer.
