Contract Advisory and Management Services for Construction Projects

Description

SARAO needs a Contract Advisory and Contract Management Specialist. They will provide expert support for procurement and contract management of commercial construction projects. The work involves advising on contracts, handling claims, ensuring contract administration, and managing risks. The specialist will also review documents and build internal capabilities. The service provider will need to visit SARAO offices in Cape Town, Johannesburg, and Karoo Support Base. The deadline for submissions is 09 June 2026.

Requirements

• Valid B-BBEE certificate or affidavit based on company turnover and black ownership.
• Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Named resource must have a relevant Bachelor’s Degree (LLB, BCom Law, or Built Environment/Quantity Surveying).
• Registration with Arbitrators Association or Construction Law Society of South Africa required.
• Minimum 10 years Commercial/Contractual Law or Contracts Management experience required.
• Must demonstrate availability/capacity of experienced resources to complete the work.
