Service Provider for Emission Measurements at Crematorium

Description
The City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality invites bids for atmospheric emission measurements and compliance services at the Rebecca Street Crematorium in Philip Nel Park. The successful service provider will conduct bi-annual stack emission testing, manage Atmospheric Emission Licence (AEL) applications, and provide annual compliance reports. Key deliverables include technical monitoring reports, stakeholder meeting minutes, and audit documentation. All work must be completed within 60 working days of receiving an official purchase order. The project aims to ensure the facility meets the requirements of the National Environmental Management: Air Quality Act.
Requirements
- Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Valid Tax Compliance Status PIN
- Municipal account status not older than three months
- Team must hold Environmental Management, Engineering, or Science qualifications
- Minimum two years experience in AEL management or stack monitoring
- Two contactable reference letters for similar projects
- Proof of laboratory accreditation for analysis
- Signed Joint Venture agreement if applicable
