Description
SITA is seeking a service provider for gardening and landscaping services at its Gauteng offices (Erasmuskloof, Centurion, Beta, Numerus, and Medical Battalion) for five years. The project includes landscape redesign, irrigation system upgrades, and ongoing maintenance. A compulsory site visit is scheduled for 25 May 2026. The closing date is 08 June 2026.
Requirements
- CSD registration with updated company details required before bidding.
- Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) and PIN from SARS required before bidding.
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or affidavit required before bidding (EMEs/QSEs).
- Signed agreements required for consortia, joint ventures, or subcontractors.
- OEM/OSM agreements or certification required for network equipment distributors/installers.
- Registration and good standing with the Compensation Fund required.
- Qualified Civil Engineer sign-off on designs required.
- Registration per Chemicals Control Act (Act 36 of 1947) for herbicides.
- Municipal dumping license required for garden refuse disposal.
