Description
This tender, issued by Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd (KZN Operating Unit), is for the establishment of an enabling agreement with a panel of up to 40 contractors. The scope of work covers Electrification Household Connections (MV/LV infrastructure, service cables, and meters), electrification for schools and clinics, and high-value extensions exceeding R3,000,000.00 per project. The work will take place within the KZN Operating Unit, Central East Cluster. The contract duration is 30 months, consisting of 24 months for task order allocation and 6 months for close-out. Key deliverables include the provision of electrical infrastructure, testing, commissioning, and the submission of 'as-built' drawings and compliance documentation. A non-compulsory clarification meeting is scheduled for 08 June 2026.
Requirements
- Valid CIDB registration (EP class, level 4 or higher)
- Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate or Tax Pin
- Valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing
- Minimum functionality threshold of 75%
