Description
Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) invites bids for the design and development of a Leadership Culture Barometer. This tool will align organizational values with performance management for 143 leaders across 10 sites. The project involves creating a digital platform for 360-degree feedback, behavioral assessments, and real-time reporting dashboards. The work will be performed over a six-month period, covering framework design, tool configuration, survey deployment, and data analysis. The service provider must integrate these leadership scores into existing development programs. The project is based at the ACSA Corporate Office.
Requirements
- Valid SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN
- Active registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- HPCSA or SABPP registration for Lead Consultant and Psychometrics Specialist
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
- Valid Certificate of Incorporation
- Ability to pass mandatory security vetting
