Description
Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) invites professional service providers to tender for the design and development of Air Handling Units (AHU) and Fan Coil Units (FCU) at Cape Town International Airport. The project involves engineering design, construction management, and commissioning of HVAC systems across various terminal buildings and office blocks. The contract duration is a maximum of 36 months, following the FIDPM framework from inception to close-out. Key deliverables include detailed specifications, site supervision, and integration with building management systems. The project requires a multidisciplinary team of engineers and project managers. Requirements
- Valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN
- Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Professional registration with CESA, SACPCMP, or ECSA
- Proof of HVAC design experience with minimum R10 million value
- Valid Professional Indemnity, Public Liability, and Aviation Liability insurance
- Valid COIDA registration and employee medical certificates
- SAQA accreditation for all foreign technical qualifications
- Must undergo security vetting as a National Key Point
