Provision of Locum Pharmacist Services for iThemba LABS.

Description

iThemba LABS needs a service provider to supply a Locum Pharmacist for their Nuclear Medicine Department for 12 months. The pharmacist will work as needed, potentially for at least 30 hours a week for 48 weeks. The pharmacist must be available at short notice (within 24 hours) to cover for the permanent pharmacist's absence. The work involves radiopharmaceutical manufacturing of accelerator-based products.

Requirements

• Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit required before bidding.
• CSD registration required before bidding.
• Locum Pharmacist CV: 10+ years experience (2+ in radiopharmaceutical manufacturing).
• Pharmacist License issued by the South African Pharmacy Council.
