Supply and delivery of consumables for offices.

Description

Eskom is seeking tenders for the supply and delivery of consumables to commercial offices in the Cape Coastal Cluster, Western Cape. This will be on an 'as' and 'when' required basis for 5 years. The tender closes on 05 June 2026. A non-compulsory clarification meeting will be held on 27 May 2026.

Requirements

• Not restricted from business with Eskom/State-Owned Companies.
• Not on any international sanctions list.
• No conflict of interest.
• Not restricted by National Treasury/Tender Defaulters list.
• Valid B-BBEE Certificate required.
• CSD Registration required.
• Reference letter/completion certificate for past consumable items supplied.
• Proof of Vehicle ownership (NATIS registration certificate).
• Auditable Health and Safety Plan/Manual required.
• Valid Letter of Good Standing (COIDA or equivalent) required.
• SHE policy signed by CEO/MD compliant to OHS Act/ISO 45001:2018.
• ISO-9001 certification required.
• Letter of intent to form a JV/consortium or Valid joint venture agreement.
• Tax clearance certificate (foreign tenderers).
• Proof of compliance with the Employment Equity Act (South African tenderers).
• COIDA - Original certificate of good standing or proof of application.
