Description
SANBI needs a service provider for PPE and uniforms for five years. The provider will supply branded items to six national botanical gardens: Free State, KwaZulu-Natal, Lowveld, Pretoria, Walter Sisulu, and Thohoyandou. Prices must include escalation for years 2-5 and remain fixed. A compulsory briefing session will be held on 02 June 2026.
Requirements
- CSD registration required before bidding.
- Valid Compensation Commissioner letter of good standing required.
- Liability Insurance Cover must be valid for the contract duration.
- Attendance certificate from compulsory briefing session required.
- Audited financial statements for the past 2 years required.
- Bank rating code letter (Bank code: A) valid for three months required.
- Tax compliance required before bidding.
