Supply and Delivery of Technical Support Tablets for ATNS

Description
Air Traffic and Navigation Services (ATNS) is seeking a service provider to supply and deliver 95 technical support tablets. The work will take place at the O.R. Tambo International Airport in Kempton Park. The tablets must meet specific technical standards, including a 12-inch display, 256GB storage, 8GB RAM, and Android compatibility. All devices must include a minimum one-year warranty. The service provider is responsible for all delivery and off-loading costs. Proposals must remain valid for 120 days from the closing date of 19 June 2026. Pricing must be firm and inclusive of all delivery expenses.
Requirements
- Valid SARS tax compliance status
- Registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Valid OEM authorization certificate (issued within last 3 months)
- Valid professional indemnity insurance
