Description

Foskor is requesting proposals for clinic management services for 36 months (RFP Number: FOSRBY-RFP-01-26/27). The issue date is 14 May 2026, and the closing date is 23 June 2026 at 12:00. A non-compulsory site briefing will be held via Microsoft Teams on 22 May 2026.

Requirements

• CSD registration required before bidding.
• Valid HPCSA certificate required.
• Valid dispensing license required.
• MBChB degree, diploma in occupational medicine, and registration with HPCSA/SASOM required.
• Permit for hazardous biological waste disposal (and agreements if subcontracting).
• Valid registration with SANC, HPCSA, and SASOHN required.
• Higher certificate qualification required for enrolled nursing assistant.
• Certificate of competency for audio and spiro with CV required.
• Relevant permits, licenses, and approvals required.
• Legal Power of Attorney required for South African representatives of foreign principals.
