Description
Gert Sibande District Municipality needs a service provider for referral and sub-contracting services. This includes testing potable water, wastewater, raw water, and sludge samples for their water quality laboratory. The contract is for three years. The service provider will perform monthly testing for determinands the GSDM laboratory cannot test and sub-contracting services when the GSDM laboratory cannot perform the testing in-house. Tender documents are available from 27 May 2026, and the closing date is 26 June 2026.
Requirements
- CSD registration required before bidding.
- Valid SARS tax pin required before bidding.
- Municipal clearance certificate required (rates/taxes not in arrears >3 months).
- ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation certificate/SOA required.
- Proficiency Testing Scheme (PTS) participation certificate/ILC report required.
- B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit required before bidding.
