Description
Umuziwabantu Municipality is seeking a financial institution to provide banking services for 60 months, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2031. The selected bank must be registered in terms of the Banks Act, Act no 94 of 1990. The municipality's total budgeted revenue for the 2025/2026 financial year is R239 million. The municipality requires details on implementation timeframes, computer hardware/software needs, and training for personnel.
Requirements
- Municipal rates/service charges not in arrears for >90 days, or valid lease.
- Affidavit if not paying municipal rates, with supporting documents.
- Joint Venture Agreement required, if applicable.
- Company registration with Registrar of Companies/Close Corporation required.
- Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
- Membership of a Clearing House required.
