The Beaufort West Municipality is seeking experienced companies to provide professional guarding security services for various municipal properties. This contract will run for a period of 36 months. The main goal is to ensure the safety and protection of municipal assets. A compulsory clarification meeting will be held on 02 June 2026 at the Electro-Technical Services office in Beaufort West. All bids must be submitted by 25 June 2026 at 10:00. Bidders must achieve a minimum functionality score of 70% to qualify for further evaluation based on price and specific goals.
Requirements
- Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Must have valid security industry registration and relevant experience
