Nkomazi Local Municipality needs a travel agent for 36 months to handle travel, accommodation, and conference services. The agent will book travel, secure cost-effective arrangements, and ensure smooth travel for municipal staff. Key tasks include managing bookings, arranging transport, coordinating conferences, and assisting with travel documents. A non-compulsory briefing will be held on 26 May 2026, and the submission deadline is 26 June 2026.
Requirements
- Valid SARS Tax PIN or tax clearance certificate required before bidding.
- CSD registration required; report must be dated within tender period.
- B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit required before bidding.
- Registration with recognised industry bodies (ASATA, IATA, etc.) required.
