Description
The Road Accident Fund (RAF) needs a service provider for Oracle database licenses, maintenance, and support for three years. The service provider will renew licenses, provide technical support, report on updates, optimize security, assist with database migrations, and act as a single point of contact for Oracle issues. The contract is for 36 months.
Requirements
- Registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) before bidding.
- Minimum 3 years experience rendering similar services.
- OEM accreditation (Manufacturer’s Authorization Form) for Oracle Databases.
- Access to Subject Matter Experts meeting specified skills requirements.
- Two verifiable references for Oracle licenses, maintenance and/or support.
