Description
Johannesburg Tourism Company (JTC) needs quotations from qualified and registered tour operators. The service is for airport transfers and shuttle services for the African Data Science Conference delegates from June 23-27, 2026. Services include transfers from OR Tambo Airport to hotels in Rosebank, Parktown, and Auckland Park, daily return shuttle services to the WITS Science Stadium Campus, and return transfers to the airport on June 27.
Requirements
- Valid PDP for drivers of vehicles carrying 12+ passengers.
- Valid Road Transportation Permit for each vehicle.
- Must be registered on National Treasury's CSD.
- Compliant tax status as per CSD.
- Municipal accounts (company and directors) not older than 90 days.
- Directors/principal members not in service of the state.
- Bidder/directors not on National Treasury's Restricted Suppliers database.
- Proof of public/passenger liability insurance.
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate from SARS.
