Description
This tender is for the refurbishment of the Zastron Wastewater Treatment Works (WWTW) in the Mohokare Local Municipality, Free State Province. The Municipal Infrastructure Support Agent (MISA) issued the tender. The project includes upgrading the WWTW to restore its functionality. Requirements
- Registration per Companies Act, Close Corporation Act, or partnership agreement.
- Professional indemnity insurance of at least R2 million required.
- Registered ECSA professionals (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) with 3+ years experience.
- Must not be on the Register of Tender Defaulters.
- Must not have abused Employer’s SCM or failed on previous contracts.
- CIDB registration in appropriate contractor grading designation required.
- CSD registration required.
- Valid B-BBEE certificate/affidavit required.
