Description
The Ingquza Hill Local Municipality invites bids for the provision of transport services for 1440 people attending the Mayoral Cup Tournament Cluster Games. The project requires the supply of 15-seater mini-buses to transport participants from various wards to designated stadiums and sports fields within the municipality. The services are scheduled to take place on 06 and 07 June 2026. The successful service provider must ensure the safe and reliable movement of all participants to and from the specified tournament venues as outlined in the cluster schedules.
Requirements
- Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Must provide valid SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN
- Must provide proof of taxi association membership and vehicle ownership
- Municipal accounts must not be overdue by more than 30 days
