Description
Elangeni TVET College is seeking expressions of interest from experienced private sector partners to design, equip, and operate a Leather and Footwear Artisan Skills Development Centre. The project includes infrastructure development, training program implementation, financial investment, and industry integration. The closing date is 08 June 2026.
Requirements

- Evidence of similar project executed (minimum R40 million value) required.
- Valid BBBEE certificate required before bidding.
- Proof of CSD registration required before bidding.
