Requirements
- Valid CIDB contractor grading of 5ME or higher
- Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Valid SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN
- Valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing
- ISO 9001 accreditation
- Proven experience in HVAC projects valued at R3,000,000 or more
- Certified qualifications for Project Manager, Site Supervisor, and Safety Officer
- Valid Public Liability insurance
- Attendance at the compulsory briefing session
