Description
The Msunduzi Municipality invites tenders for the supply and delivery of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) in bulk and 48kg cylinders, as well as Ripening Gas (10% Ethylene and 90% Nitrogen). The work will take place at the Mountain Rise Crematorium in Northdale and the Municipal Market in Mkondeni, Pietermaritzburg. The contract will run for three years. Deliveries must be completed within 24 hours of receiving an official purchase order. Bidders must ensure safe transportation of gases in line with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate and SARS Tax Compliance Status Pin
- Public Liability Insurance of at least R1,000,000
- Proof of good standing with municipal accounts or valid lease agreement
- Valid CIPC Company Registration Certificate
- Compliance with OHS, COID, Labour Relations, and Petroleum Products Acts
