Description
The Eastern Cape Department of Public Works and Infrastructure is seeking contractors to rehabilitate, renovate, and refurbish various DSD service offices in Cluster 3, including locations in Cathcart, Stutterheim, Keiskammahoek, and Bhisho Youth Care Centre. The contract will last for twenty-four months. The closing date for submitting tenders is 26 June 2026.
Requirements
- CIDB grading of 4GB or higher in General Building (GB).
- Registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).
- Tax matters in order with SARS.
- Two contactable references for similar completed projects with proof.
- References must be for building construction works (CIDB GB class).
- Good standing with Compensation Fund or licensed insurer.
