Description
The South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC) needs a service provider for 12 months to maintain and support Cohesity/Veritas Netbackup software and a Quantum library. The service provider must offer 24/7 support with a 4-hour response time for system failures. They should have certified technicians and a clear callout procedure. Monthly reports on support performance are required. The work will be done at SABC Auckland Park.
Requirements
- OEM authorization: Cohecity/Veritas Netbackup software licenses.
- OEM authorization: Quantum Scalar i500 hardware and Quantum tape drives.
- Company must be located within 100km of SABC Auckland Park.
- Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
- Valid TV Licenses for Company, Directors, and Shareholders.
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate or SARS “Pin” required.
- Valid B-BBEE Certificate or Sworn Affidavit required.
- Certified copy of Company Registration Document required.
