Description
Elias Motsoaledi Local Municipality is seeking tenders for creating valuation and supplementary rolls for five years, from 2027 to 2032. The selected tenderer will also help with rates policy preparation, community participation, and handling valuation inquiries. The deadline for submissions is June 19, 2026.
Requirements
- CSD registration required before bidding.
- Professional Valuer or Associated Valuer registration required.
- Valid CIPC registration certificate required.
- SACPVP registration card/certificate or proof of payment required.
- Letter of good standing from Department of Labour (COIDA) required.
- Professional Indemnity Insurance (minimum R5,000,000) and Public Liability Insurance (minimum R1,000,000) required.
