Description
KZNERA needs a service provider for company secretarial and corporate governance support in Pietermaritzburg for 12 months. The service provider will handle board meetings, ensure compliance, develop governance policies, and support board members. They will report to the CEO and work with the GRC Team and Executive Management Team.
Requirements
- CSD registration and number required before bidding.
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit required before bidding.
- SARS PIN or TCS certificate required before bidding.
- Consortia/JV/sub-contractors: Separate TCS/PIN/CSD required before bidding if applicable.
