Description

Requirements

• CSD registration required before bidding.
• CIDB registration required, if applicable.
• No prior unsatisfactory contract performance with any organ of state in the last five years.
• Not listed on the Register of Bid Defaulters.
• Proof of ownership/lease of a Light Delivery Vehicle (LDV).
• Valid code B driver's license.
• Passport(s) with valid working permits for foreign nationals.
• Two signed reference letters confirming experience in supplying/delivering library media.
• Proof of Registration and Letter of Good Standing with the Compensation Commissioner.
• Certified copy of first aid certificate.
