Description
This is a request for information (RFI) by the Road Accident Fund (RAF) to find a provider for a cloud-based legal and litigation case management solution. The solution should include configuration, data migration, integration with systems, and support for five years. It should manage the lifecycle of legal matters efficiently, support compliance, and improve decision-making. The RFI aims to identify qualified solution providers with the capability and experience to deliver this solution.
Requirements
- Demonstrate relevant legal/litigation case management implementation experience.
- Provide minimum of two contactable client references for comparable assignments.
