Description
This tender is for the appointment of a service provider to supply, deliver, and offload Information Communication Technology (ICT) equipment for three years. The successful bidder will supply desktops, laptops, and printers as needed. A compulsory briefing session will be held on May 29, 2026. The closing date for submissions is June 19, 2026.
Requirements
- CSD registration report or summary required before bidding.
- Joint ventures: Submit notarized joint venture formation document.
- Submit two signed reference letters confirming ICT equipment supply/delivery.
- Submit valid OEM certification or authorization letter.
- Submit valid signed and dated reseller or authorized distributor letter.
