Executive coaching services for NAMC CEO.

Description

The National Agricultural Marketing Council (NAMC) needs a service provider to offer executive coaching to the CEO for the 2026/2027 financial year. The coaching should cover strategic leadership, governance, and communication. The service provider will conduct an assessment, create a coaching plan, provide coaching sessions, and give progress reports. The project lasts 12 months.

Requirements

• Valid B-BBEE Certificate or Sworn Affidavit required before bidding.
• CSD registration with compliant tax status (report within one month) required before bidding.
• Proof of coaching professional accreditation required.
• Minimum 3 reference letters showing executive coaching experience, especially in public sector.
• CV and qualifications in Coaching, Leadership Development, or Psychology required.
