Description
Abaqulusi Local Municipality is seeking bids for the repair and refurbishment of the Nkongolwane gravel road in Ward 23. The project involves road construction of 1.0km, 5.5m wide, including site clearance, drains, earthworks, and pavement layers. The project must be completed within 32 weeks. The closing date is 10 June 2026.
Requirements
- CIDB grading of 3CE or higher with CRS number and letter of good standing.
- Proof of participation in EPWP or similar training with qualified supervisory staff (NQF Level 5).
- National Treasury CSD registration required.
- Workmen’s Compensation Registration Certificate required.
- Minimum NQF Level 7 Degree in Civil Engineering / Project Management with relevant experience.
- Minimum NQF Level 5 Diploma in Civil Engineering / Project Management with relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing construction of civil or roads projects.
- Contractor/sub-contractors must have completed 5 surfaced roads projects.
