Description

The Land Bank is seeking office space in Vredendal, Western Cape, to serve as a satellite office for 3 years, with an option to renew for 2 more years. The office should be 100m² – 150 m², located in the CDB or within 2km, and easily accessible. The lease is expected to start on 01 August 2026. The RFQ is issued by The Land and Agricultural Development Bank of South Africa.

Requirements

• Valid SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN and tax clearance certificate required.
• Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with CSD number.
• Submit a valid B-BBEE certificate or affidavit.
• Provide evidence of property ownership or authorization letter.
