Description
The Ray Nkonyeni Municipality invites tenders for general cleaning services at streets, taxi ranks, and public ablution facilities. The work is divided into North and South zones and includes daily sweeping, litter removal, and the maintenance of public toilets. The service provider must supply all necessary cleaning equipment, chemicals, and protective clothing. The contract duration is three years, with work required on weekends and public holidays. Requirements
- Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Valid Tax Compliance Status PIN
- Public Liability Insurance of at least R5,000,000
- Valid COIDA registration
- Registered with the Bargaining Council for Contract Cleaning Services (BCCCI)
- Affiliated with the National Contract Cleaning Association (NCCA)
