Description
The City of uMhlathuze is inviting tenders for long-term lease and industrial development of land in Alton North. There are four bid numbers for Erven 8853, 8854, 8895 and 8897. The successful bidders will lease land to develop an industrial concern or warehouse. The lease period is 420 months with a possible one-time renewal.
