Maintenance of Baum20 Glue Fold Machine.

Description

SITA is seeking a service provider for maintenance and support of a Baum20 glue fold machine in the Western Cape for 36 months. The machine is used for printing approximately 550,000 folds per month for government documents. The service provider must perform preventative maintenance and repairs, responding to repair requests within 2 hours and completing repairs within 16 working hours.

Requirements

• Must be registered on National Treasury's Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Must be an accredited/registered reseller/partner for BAUM20 glue fold machine maintenance.
• Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit required.
• Compliant Occupational Health and Safety File required.
• Valid tax clearance certificate required for company security screening.
• Back-to-back agreements or OEM/OSM certification required (network equipment).
