Description
This tender is for the verification of a weighbridge at the regional waste disposal site in Worcester. The service provider must perform a pre-verification inspection and test. If repairs are needed, the service provider must provide three quotes for approval. A NRCS Verification Certificate is required after the inspection and any necessary repairs. Requirements
- Registered on CWDM's Supplier Database and Central Supplier Database before bidding.
- Submit original/certified B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate.
- Provide SARS Tax Compliance Status Pin before bidding.
- Submit Letter of Good Standing from Department of Employment and Labour.
- Proof of SANAS accreditation with a NRCS designated verification officer.
